Day was forecast to go from light South to North East over the early afternoon. The the light south saw a few pilots try to stay up via scratching, eventually the wind was east for a little while and allowed everyone to get up. I flew for 5 mins, top landed on the south face, perhaps a little dangerous as there was definately some rotor coming over the top of the hill. Advice when top landing on south face with east wind...land on the East launch, or land close to the top of the south landing, flying in behind the rotor, "landing up the hill, not along the hill like a south wind landing"
